Requirements

  • Male
  • Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or related fields
  • Good communication skills
  • Proficient in spoken and written English
  • Able to collaborate well with team members

Job Responsibilities

  • Provide helpdesk support by responding to user inquiries, troubleshooting technical issues (login failures, forgotten passwords, application errors, internet connectivity), and delivering prompt solutions.
  • Maintain and monitor network systems and IT infrastructure.
  • Ensure server data security and system protection.
  • Able to operate Powerpoint, and basic design tools such as Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.
