Requirements
- Male
- Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or related fields
- Good communication skills
- Proficient in spoken and written English
- Able to collaborate well with team members
Job Responsibilities
- Provide helpdesk support by responding to user inquiries, troubleshooting technical issues (login failures, forgotten passwords, application errors, internet connectivity), and delivering prompt solutions.
- Maintain and monitor network systems and IT infrastructure.
- Ensure server data security and system protection.
- Able to operate Powerpoint, and basic design tools such as Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.
